Self-care doesn't have to be big life-changing things that require a lot of time, effort or money. Instead, prioritize simple tasks that help you find inspiration, recharge energy, relieve stress and nurture your mind, body and soul.

  1. Nourish Yourself. What you eat plays a huge role in how you feel.

  2. Drink More Water. Staying hydrated is good for your general well-being
